The Old War Office project in London transforms and revitalises one of the city’s most emblematic buildings, giving it new meaning and use.
The transformation of one of the British Government’s most extraordinary public buildings is carried out in partnership with the Hinduja Group to create a complex that aims to be London’s best hotel with 85 exclusive Branded Residences.
The significant technical complexity of this project is derived from the extensive works carried out, as well as from the obligation to maintain the building’s main structure and its Victorian style.
It also has the added attraction of being home to the first hotel of the iconic Raffles brand on British soil.
