The purpose of the Dehesa Espadañal project is the urban development with a very low building density, under strict environmental sustainability parameters, of a 2,000 hectare estate of pasture land in Extremadura with livestock farming.
It consists of the creation of a unique concept in Spain that combines a nature-based experience with the exceptional service of an international hotel operator of the highest level, from a development perspective that maintains the social, economic and environmental balance.
The plan is to create 150 estates of between 3 and 8 hectares, with dwellings averaging 800 m² plus a 65-room hotel.
